According to Kelley Blue Book price is right for a private provider of the car.
The Acura TL is a very good car and the navigation is a big help (I have one), but the car many miles, and Acura's can go well over 250,000 miles has, I'd say look elsewhere. You should be able to get a car for less than this price and with fewer miles.
If you really need to buy this car, make sure that it updates the operation of the service. Be sure to obtain documents from the seller that shows the work that was completed on the car. Note also, update the navigation DVD is about $ 200 more or less
That is a lot of miles for a car of 4 years. Look elsewhere.
