How Do I Gain Some Weight through A Healthy Diet? - healthy weight gain diet

I want to gain weight through healthy eating. But I do not know how. My current diet is that oatmeal for breakfast, 50% of whole-grain bread for lunch and rice for dinner.
I am physically fit and exercise on a regular basis. My job is Usig required for the location in front of a computer for long hours and my brain a lot. I want healthier by reducing the weight.

Continue to eat, rolled oats, but a little fruit and yogurt breakfast, I hope to not only eat bread, eat protein with it. Add a fruit smoothie. And rice for dinner? I also hope that not everything you eat. This system is basically all carbs and no protein. You need to eat a salad, rice, chicken, fish or meat and vegetables. If you really want additional calories add lawyers and other healthier options to add the natural fat.

Here are some ideas: Ask your doctor are, cheese, bacon, seeds, nuts, eggs, pork, beef, tuna, beans, bread - especially cereals, lamb, and d other foods rich in protein and / or fat. You should have a balanced diet to fruits and vegetables contain () a lot of vegetables. And practice! Weight exercises, weight lifting, etc., are better because you want to put on muscle. It is hard work, but can be achieved much more if we join. Working out, you get hungry, so I work hard and stay with you, and enough to eat, the hunger, you will gain weight. It is not a fanatic, exercise regularly and on paper. Of course, the hardest working (as a fan ;-)), is happier with the result.
