I have exactly the same thing with my 11 months. We have 2 bottom teeth and 2 teeth riding on the crest. The noise around me crazy! We could not "cure", but I thought, to help when we are distracted with something else and give kisses mom or bladder. I found that response, the more we are to what is growing. I hope that you are your upper teeth are no longer able to grind more. I only know that they are not alone in this! Good luck!
